Entry Form

Registration fees amount is 300 euros per team of 15 players.

8 euros will be asked for any additional player.

If you pay before December, 31st 2008, the registration fees is 200 euros.

Registration should be paid before June 1st.
Keep in mind that only paid registration will enter the draw.
